Andy found his way into venture capital via politics—an unusual route that enabled him to gain diverse perspectives. As a policy advisor, he developed profound expertise in various economic and technological affairs, giving him an exceptionally keen eye for promising ideas and trends.

Based in Paris, he has worked in Munich, San Francisco, Stockholm, Sydney, and Vienna. His “must-read” list is piling up, but he's always open to book recommendations, especially in history, politics, and economics.

Outside the office, you might find him reading, cycling (or not, thanks to Paris!), running, skiing, or cooking. Or, on a Saturday, you might find him at his favorite café, reading the Financial Times and channeling his inner 65-year-old.

At Speedinvest, Andy is dedicated to identifying promising investments in Enterprise Software, Industrial Tech, and Climate Tech. He's particularly interested in technologies that help traditional sectors become more digital, productive, and sustainable, with a focus on Construction & Real Estate, Energy, Supply Chains, and Manufacturing.

"I want to support my portfolio companies and founders in growing not only their businesses but also personally and as leaders. Being part of that journey excites and fulfills me! And I am always keen to meet interesting people with bold ideas who are building the sector-defining companies of the future."
