Shiraz Mahfoudhi

Shiraz is based in Paris and is on the ground growing our presence across France as part of our Subscriptions and Health investment team. 

A graduate of ESCP Europe, Shiraz studied in Paris, London and Buenos Aires. She started her career as a Private Equity analyst before joining an equity-crowdfunding startup in Paris where she was in charge of scouting investment opportunities and supporting founders in their fundraising. She then joined Malt, a French scaleup, as Country Launcher where she handled the international expansion strategy of the company and launched it in Spain and Germany. 

At Speedinvest, she builds on her previous operational experience to support founders in structuring their company to be ready for hyper-growth and European expansion. 

In her spare time, Shiraz is a member of Sista, a France-based association that aims to diversify the leadership of the digital economy. She also volunteers as a mentor to support underrepresented founders. 

She loves sports (yoga, boxing, swimming) and traveling, but what she is most passionate about is theater. If you ever come by Paris, you might be able to see her perform!
