Paula is a London-based investor on the Fintech team, focusing on seed-stage startups across Europe.

She began her career as a Consultant at BCG, gaining broad experience across various industries and functional areas, after studying law and business at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and Bocconi University in Milan.

Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new restaurants and cafés with friends, staying active through Pilates, and—true to her Austrian roots—spending winters skiing in the Alps.
