Nora Frizberg

As a Speedinvest Operating Partner & General Counsel, Nora oversees the legal team that assists both Speedinvest’s investment and operational teams with all legal and regulatory matters.

This includes the negotiation and execution of investments and divestments; assistance with structuring and setting up investment vehicles; overseeing the regulatory landscape relevant to the fund manager and its investment vehicles, as well as general support across the firm’s operations.

Before joining Speedinvest in 2018, Nora led corporate and M&A transactions as an associate with an Austrian law firm and advised financial institutions on financial regulatory matters as an associate with an international law firm.

In her spare time, Nora enjoys traveling and exploring the mountains on foot or on skis with her family.
