Lawrence joined Speedinvest in February 2022 originally as an M&A consultant. As of September 2022, Lawrence has joined full time with a focus on Corporate Development and M&A. 

Before joining Speedinvest, Lawrence worked at Investec Bank in London, executing M&A and ECM transactions. Prior to this, he worked at ABN AMRO in the Netherlands as a Tech Equity Research Analyst focused on Small Cap Benelux Listed Stocks.

Lawrence is a CFA Charterholder and holds an Honours Post Graduate degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Cape Town as well as a Bachelor's degree in Management Accounting from the University of Stellenbosch. 

Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Lawrence enjoys his free time playing tennis.
