Irene Gentili

Based in Berlin, Irene is a member of Speedinvest’s Marketplaces & Consumer team.

Prior to joining Speedinvest, Irene worked in management consulting and later gained experience in venture capital working at Redstone. There she focused on early-stage investments and gained the desire to further develop a career as an investor and to work alongside inspiring founders.

She obtained a BSc in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University and a MSc in International Management from ESADE Business School.

Irene grew up in Italy and previously lived in the UK and Spain, speaks four languages (Italian, English, Spanish, French) and is currently working on the fifth (German). She is a sports enthusiast and in her free time you can find her training at the gym, practicing yoga or swimming. She loves music and she is constantly scouting for the next inspiring travel destination.
