Alex is an investor at Speedinvest, focusing on the AI stack and resilience technology. 

Before joining Speedinvest, he founded an omnichannel marketplace, Trading Desk, which he scaled from concept to >7 figures revenue, reaching an online footprint of >2M users. Trading Desk was acquired by RESPONSIBLE in 2025 and continues to grow today. He also worked across equity research and private clients at Rothschild & Co, covering large-cap technology and industrial equities, and has spent time at Deloitte Strategy, Polar Capital, and Hoxton Ventures. 

Alex graduated from the LSE with a First Class degree in Geography, focusing on geopolitics and environmental science. Based in London, he enjoys playing tennis, modern art, anything by Caribou or Red Hot Chili Peppers, and is a part-time Tottenham fan.
